Our Process: From Concept to Collection
At GOODIES AGENCY®, every piece begins with an idea inspired by a character, a scene, or a universe.
The process starts in our creative studios, where our 2D artists create the first concept drawings. They define the pose, attitude, and emotion to faithfully capture the essence of the character.
These concepts are then developed in 3D by our team. The model is sculpted with precision, details are refined, and components are engineered to ensure aesthetics, durability, and assembly quality. We work closely with licensors to guarantee full respect for the original work.
Once the design is approved, a prototype is produced by our specialized teams. This prototype allows verification of the final product’s quality and appearance. The piece is then presented to the public through photography, events, and online presentations. Pre-orders are then opened to collectors.
After final approval, production begins immediately. Each piece is hand-painted by skilled artists, then carefully assembled and inspected.
Finally, the pieces are protected, packaged, and shipped to our international warehouses before being delivered to collectors.

We use non-toxic, high-quality materials such as polyresin, PVC, ABS, and real fabric. These materials ensure durability, precise detailing, and fidelity to the original work.
